ISO 27001 2022

ISO 27001:2022: Recertified. Modernized. Future-ready.

insic has successfully completed its recertification according to ISO 27001:2022, fully replacing the previous ISO 27001:2013 standard. For us, this step is more than a formal update. It confirms that information security at insic is managed systematically, reviewed continuously and adapted to current requirements.

Especially for technology providers operating in regulated environments, information security is a key trust factor. Companies that provide software for compliance, identity verification or regulatory control processes must not only deliver functional value, but also demonstrate the security of their own organization, systems and processes.

ISO 27001:2022 sets a modern benchmark for this. The standard places higher requirements on risk treatment, supplier management, organizational controls and continuous monitoring. This puts greater emphasis on what is essential for regulated companies: security must not only be documented selectively before an audit, but must be permanently embedded in day-to-day operations.

For the first time, we carried out the recertification process with targeted support from Vanta. This enabled us to maintain evidence in a more structured way, monitor control processes more efficiently and integrate audit preparation more closely into ongoing operations. As a result, point-in-time preparation becomes a continuous view of our own compliance status.

For our customers, the successful recertification provides additional assurance: they work with a partner that not only develops compliance software, but also secures its own processes according to internationally recognized standards.

The ISO 27001:2022 recertification underlines our commitment to consistently implementing security, transparency and regulatory reliability not only in our products, but also within our own organization.
